Return Polic

At Mike & Lisa Toronto, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

  • Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to (partially) return them is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Register your return by emailing info@mike&lisatoronto.ca within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace).

Refunds

After the returned item has been received at the return address and its condition approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days using the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
